    General

    Yes, WiFi is available on site and is free in all our main bar areas. WiFi is complementary in all holiday homes. For all other areas, prepaid cards are available online from ClubWiFI by clicking here. However, signal is not guaranteed and we recommend all guests check their signal before purchasing.

    Once you have purchased your new dream retreat you will receive your Owners' Freedom Card which will give you access to our park's wonderful range of facilities.

    Holiday Homes Sales

    If you purchase a holiday home at Beverley Park or Beverley Bay you can use all facilities across both parks.

    No, the pitch fee does not cover electric and gas usage. Electricity is charged annually at the standard supplier rate. Gas bottles are charged for as required. However water is included.

    When it comes to selling your holiday home, 15% commission will be payable to Beverley Holidays.

    The responsibility is yours. We maintain the public areas of the park, and can assist if required, however there will be a charge for this.

    Yes. Different items in the holiday home come with different warranties. Please ask for specific details.

    Yes. We recommend that you purchase buildings and contents cover on a new for old basis. We can provide a competitive quotation through a leading caravan insurance company, please call us for more details.

    The licence period varies from 15 to 30 years. Please speak to our Sales Team for more information.

    No, you are buying your holiday home, and the right to use the plot on the park, providing that you adhere to the park rules and pay the annual site fees.

    Holiday homes are for holiday use only and cannot be used for residential purposes. Holiday homes are available for use for 11 months on Beverley Holidays.

    Holiday homes require a 15% deposit of the total purchase price of the holiday home. The remaining balance is due one month before ownership starts. If you wish to purchase a show home, we can accept the deposit while finances are being arranged.

    If you currently have a TV licence at your home address, you are covered by this when using your holiday home, as long as you sign a declaration form with the TV licensing company to say that you will not watch TV in both places at the same time.

    We accept well-behaved dogs in our specified dog-friendly caravans and holiday homes on Beverley Bay. Dog surcharges apply. Maximum of 2 dogs per accommodation. Dogs are welcome in certain areas of Beverley Bay including the bar area of Oceans Bar as well as the adjoining outside seating area, excluding the lower level by the pool. Dogs are not permitted around the poolside or other park buildings on Beverley Bay. Dogs are also welcome in the main car park, courtyard area and Reception only on Beverley Park, and are not permitted in any other area of Beverley Park. Dogs must be kept on a short lead under strict control, can only be exercised in the specified area and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Dogs are not to be left unattended at any time and noise must be kept to a minimum. We reserve the right to ask the owner of any dog which causes a nuisance or threat to remove it immediately. We cannot accept any breeds listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act and the breed must be agreed before being allowed onto our holiday parks. Dogs, except registered support and assistance dogs, and other pets are not permitted on Beverley View. Support and assistance dogs must wear their recognisable jacket at all times and the relevant paperwork must be presented on arrival.

     

    Decking can be added on some of the caravan plots. Decking is to be fitted only by contractors approved by Beverley Holidays, and is required to be purchased through Beverley Holidays.

    We allow subletting on Beverley Bay. A 20% commision is payable if a booking is made by Beverley Holidays.

    Costs

    Your annual charges will vary depending where on our parks you are located. The annual charges you will incur are your pitch fees, gas and electric, and your holiday home insurance.

    Gas is provided either through bottled gas available for purchase from our on-site shops or as mains supply and charged at the end of the season.

    Electric is metered and charged at the standard supplier rate.

    Holiday homes must be insured before use. We can help with insurance through Beverley Holidays, as an agent for Thistle Insurance. Insurance costs vary from holiday home to holiday home, please contact our Sales Team for a quote.

    Pitch fees are taken in two halves throughout the year.

    Water and non-domestic business rates are all included in your pitch fee.

    Site fees cost depend on the holiday home you choose, however, as a guide our standard holiday home site fees start from £3,256; sea view holiday homes from £4,245 and lodges from £6,200. Please note, prices are correct as of September 2017.

    Your Holiday Home

    Upon purchasing a brand new holiday home, you will receive a five-year manufacturer warranty covering all window and roof defaults and a one-year warranty on all other issues.

    Decking can be added on some caravan plots. Decking is to be fitted only by contractors approved and purchased by us.

    We allow subletting across all our holiday homes on all parks.

    If you are looking to sell your touring caravan in order to experience holiday home ownership, we have part-exchange available to make the transition even easier. Please see out Sales Team for our current options. Alternatively, if you already own your own holiday home on a different park we can also discuss all the options available to you.

    Our holiday home season is 11 months.

     

    If you decide you would like to upgrade your holiday home to a newer model before your license period is over, we can offer to buy back your holiday home in order to help you on your way to buying a new one.

    Our holiday homes licence period varies between 15 and 30 years depending on the holiday home of your choosing.

    After your designated license period is over your holiday home is to be sold and taken off site, or you can part exchance and continue your experience as a holiday home owner with Beverley Holidays.
