The Silverdale’s open-plan design affords space for two deep sofas, a traditional mantelpiece above a flame-effect fire and a solid TV unit, This is the perfect space for entertaining and spending quality time with the family. Contemporary colour ways of the soft furnishings are light, bright and fresh, these flow perfectly into the open plan kitchen.

In the kitchen you’ll find, a twin cavity oven, gas hob, integrated fridge freezer and an externally vented cooker hood as standard. This is all brought together with a Carnaby crafted dining table styled with black legs and comfortable dining chairs.

The Silverdale enjoys a well proportioned master bedroom, which has enough space for a king size bed, dressing table and spacious wardrobe. All bedrooms feature contemporary curtains, voiles, matching upholstered headboards and high quality Carnaby Comfort mattresses as standard.

The family bathroom features patterned flooring, chrome mixer tap, counter top sink and mirrored wall cabinet. A walk-in thermostatically controlled shower gives all comforts you’ll ever need.

Pitch fees are billed annually each February and cover the upcoming holiday season. For convenience, these can be paid in two instalments. The exact cost of pitch fees varies depending on the park, the specific location of your pitch, and the type and size of your holiday home.

Availability and suitability of pitches are subject to confirmation at the time of your holiday home selection.

Water, sewerage, and non-domestic business rates are included as part of your annual pitch fees. Electricity is metered separately and billed once a year, based on your usage. Gas bottles are purchased through our on park reception, taking the hassle away from having to do it yourself!

Your holiday home purchase includes the equivalent of 12 months of insurance cover to give you peace of mind from the very beginning. After this initial period, insurance is renewable annually to ensure continued protection for your home away from home.

 

Our new holiday homes feature a manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, ranging from 1 year to 3 years’s depending on the manufacturer and varies between parts, structural and chassis. Please see your
Sales Manager for specific manufacturer details. Rest assured you can relax knowing everything from your brand new sofas to the fridge freezer is covered. Planning to buy a pre-owned holiday home, we have got you covered too! You are covered with a 12 month warranty as standard from the first day of occupation. All our pre-owned holiday homes are thoroughly inspected and tested before going on sale.

Our 11 month season means there’s lots of time to enjoy your holiday home throughout the year. But if there are times when you’re not using it, you might want to consider subletting to help offset your running costs.
