*The complimentary £30 Jetty Gift Voucher will only be issued once the valuation has been completed and will have to be collected in person from the Holiday Homes Sales Office. Beverley Holidays reserves the right to substitute any promotional item with another of equivalent value without prior notice. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. There is no obligation to upgrade once the credit has been issued and all quotes are valid for 6 months.
The £1,000 Freedom Card credit will only be issued once the holiday home has been purchased. £1,000 freedom card credit applicable to those who deposit by the 1st March 2026 and complete the sale by 30th April 2026. The credit will be added to the lead bookers card only. Beverley Holidays reserves the right to substitute any promotional item with another of equivalent value without prior notice. The Freedom Card credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Reservations made on Harbour Heights during promotional period will be included in the promotion for sales completed by 30th May 2026
