*The complimentary £30 Jetty Gift Voucher will only be issued once the quotation has been completed and will have to be collected in person from the Holiday Homes Sales Office. Beverley Holidays reserves the right to substitute any promotional item with another of equivalent value without prior notice. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. There is no obligation to upgrade once the credit has been issued and all quotes are valid until 18th October.

The £1,000 Freedom Card credit will only be issued once the holiday home has been purchased. £1,000 freedom card credit applicable to those who deposit by the 18th October 2026 and complete the sale by 30th November 2026. The credit will be added to the desired owners card. Beverley Holidays reserves the right to substitute any promotional item with another of equivalent value without prior notice. The Freedom Card credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
