This offer is in addition to the standard licence terms and conditions.
The Park Owner grants the Caravan Owner an unlimited term licence agreement subject to the following conditions:
- It is personal to the Caravan Owner(s) as limited on the licence agreement and above. It is in no way transferable to any other person (s) in any circumstance.
- It is specific to the new caravan you will upgrade to and cannot be transferred to any other caravan in any circumstance. Should you upgrade to a New holiday home (first occupants) in the future, the term of this Addendum will be honoured.
- Upon sale of the caravan to a private buyer, this must be conducted as per the licence agreement terms and the prospective purchaser will be offered a new licence which will be specific to them and in particular may have updated terms and conditions and will have a limited term of 15 years from the date of first purchase of the brand new caravan. 20 years from the date of first purchase of the brand new single unit lodge.
- When the caravan has reached the age of either 15 years – caravan, 20 years – single unit lodge from the first purchase brand new, the unit will be inspected annually by the Park Owner. The caravan must be in good condition and must be in keeping with other units on the park. Should the unit condition be deemed not suitable or out of keeping with the surrounding units the park owner (acting reasonably) may terminate the licence agreement, giving 3 months written notice to the holiday home owner who must either upgrade the unit or remove it from the park.
