If I buy a holiday home, can I live in it?

No, holiday homes are for holiday use only and cannot be used for residential purposes.

Our parks are licenced for holiday occupancy, meaning you must have a primary residential address elsewhere

• You are able to use your holiday home for 11 months of the year.
• Owners can holiday as often as they like within their specified holiday season and licence agreement
• However, stays must be limited to a maximum of 21 consecutive days at a time.
• You must mot use your holiday home as your main or only residence.
